No Matthew, this is progress to a more peaceful world. America does not need nuclear weapons! I think they should completely eliminate them, or just keep 100 or so!

Arjun, I agree with you. The world would be a much better place without nuclear weapons. But, since the technology exists, it would be best for America to have the superiority in nuclear arms.

This is one of the worst things to happen in a while! America is hurting itself by destroying many good nuclear arms, while Russia is only destroying a few poor nuclear weapons. As long as these weapons exist, it would be best to have the most!
