By the way, it literally JUST put up a notice about "This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated."

Why does FIFA want it done so soon? I mean, yeah to play the World Cup. But why can't they give them a little more time to finish?

Good question. FIFA has to inspect the facility, and changes may be needed based on their feedback. All this will take six months. But given the situation, looks like Brazil will need more time.
