Its sad that Pompeii is crumbling. I want to go see it.

How are they going to preserve it.

The European Union has stepped in to protect the site from further damage. Unfortunately, all the money pumped into restoration so far has fallen in corrupt hands.

They will need to hire a team of archaeologists to evaluate and restore each structure carefully. It is truly a race against time.
