A major defect in electric cars is this scenario: You go home from a long day and notice your electric car is nearly out of electricity. You go inside your house but then you receive news that a relative is ill and must go see them. Unfortunately, your car is out of electricity and needs to be charged. Thus you can't go anywhere.

Look at those crowded streets! It's good that the Phillipinos are taking action and using electric, non-polluting modes of transportation.
