Supernova Discovered by 10 year old Kathryn Aurora Gray, Paul Gray and Dave Lane from Abbey Ridge Observatory.

Billybobjoe says that her parents knew all about this supernova business themselves. It is possible that her father must have seen it and she was present. He kind of gave her the credit because they knew she would be the youngest to do such a thing and she'll get all the attention. It's just an idea. No one can be sure.

I doubt they would have published it if it wasn't a real supernova.
